Port out fails with invalid account number

I'm trying to port my FreedomPop number (XXX-XXX-3373) out to Unreal Mobile, but they tell me the port has failed due to an invalid account number. 

I gave them the information from the Port Out information page, where it said my account number was 8312753373. However, my account settings page says my account number is 4838624210. Is that what I should use instead?

I'm posting here because the the Ting support team is unresponsive, and I'm going to lose my phone number on September 3. I hope someone here can help or poke Support.

    That phone number (which I would recommend editing out of your public post here) has not gone through the migration yet. That means you shouldn't use the information from FreedomPop to port. You should use the port-out information at the bottom of ting.com/freedompop 

    As to support being slammed, it's true. We're working through the backlog right now, but we were at our peak under 10 times our normal customer service load. You can always call us for more-prompt support at 855-TING-FTW.

  • Thanks for your prompt response.

    In the meantime Ting support got back to me and explained that Unreal Mobile added a "1" at the beginning of the account number, so of course the port failed. I think I'm on track now.
