  • Hi Brian,

I took a look for you and that phone is compatible with our GSM network. You would just need one of our GSM SIM cards to use it.

  • Thanks...

Product description says it has dual sims... Which means what?

  • my 2 cents are that $800 is to much for a smartphone. dual sims means 2 sim chips can be installed and in this case the phone can transmit on 2 different mobile networks simultaneosly

  • What George said about the dual SIMs is correct. The phone has two spots for SIMs so that you can have two phone numbers on the device. I believe you'll have to switch in between the two and can't have them both active at the same time.

  • We are not moving away from Sprint at this time.

But I can't speak to future network compatibility until our BYOD checker is updated, as we're making some big changes in that regard as to what can and cannot be brought to Ting. IMEIs of actual devices will be more important than ever. Stay tuned.
