Trying to swap Ting/FreedomPop number to new phone: Getting "Unsupported combination of network and device"

Trying to set up a new device (Galaxy S6) and swap my phone number from old device (Galaxy s5), which was recently moved over from FreedomPop but I'm getting a message that says: 

"Unsupported combination of network and device"

Any help?

     Thanks for reaching out. We've seen a couple of people have this issue when they come over from FreedomPop and are working on getting a fix done so that it can be done on your Ting My Account. For now, though we do have to do the switch on the backend which would require reaching out to our live support team for a hand since we can't exchange account specific information on the forums. If you reach out to one of our representatives by phone or online chat they would be more than happy to lend a hand and move the number over to the other phone for you.
