Hi, Ting. I've been waiting for 3 days for my number to port out. Why? I've been in contact with the new company each day and they show it's been activated (the port)j but that was 2 days ago and I still have no use of a phone. My Ting account shows you've deactivated my phone already. Now I have no active number making it impossible to access my email account, online banking, etc, because I rely on my phone for them sending security codes to. Can someone check into this hold up, please? Please reply what I should do, or what steps you are taking here. I have no access to emails you may send nor an active phone number to call.
