Account won't allow GSM?

  • Hi Kreg,

    Our recent promotional offers are limited to our CDMA network which would explain the message you are receiving. In order to activate a GSM device you would need to create a new account (to be billed at Ting's standard rates) or have the promotional offer removed from your account as the current offers are only available for CDMA subscriptions.
