Charged twice
Why am I being charged 2 times for messages? It says Messages (s) $3.00 listed twice on my usage. Is that for every month, and will it be charging double? Thanks for your help.

    That might just be a display bug with the website. Without getting into account details (which we can do if you'd like, just send an email to help@ting.com and let me know once you have), I pulled up your account and only see the one charge for the small messages bucket for $3 listed on your account.

    We only charge once per bucket when your bill comes due.

  • So it's in the app and on the website. So my total so far is 9 instead of 12?

  • Right now on my end, I see one device ($6) + one small minutes bucket ($3) and one small messages bucket ($3) for a total of $12. If your app and website are different, then it probably is just a display bug.
