     There could be a couple of things that are affecting your ability to make a call so we're going to have to do some troubleshooting with the phone and your account. This is going to have to be done through our standard customer support channels as we can't post private information in a public forum like this. If you reach out to one of our live representatives by phone or online chat they will be able to help right away.
