You should be able to make all account and billing changes from your Ting.com dashboard. If you're having trouble navigating it, just let me know where you're stuck and/or what you're trying to do and I can point you in the right direction.
Thanks. I can't access PC when I am out of town. Can I do it on Chrome of my phone?
Yep! Just head to https://ting.com on your phone and it should recognize you're using a mobile browser and adjust accordingly.
