I have five days till the end of our billing cycle. We have 3 smart phones. We do not have any device alerts or restrictions on megabytes but my work phone has been throttled the last few months. It will not do anything involving data until the billing cycle has past and we’re in a new month. Why? Why is there a limit on just that phone? I have not set one, and when I go into device setting or alerts I have nothing set up. I just want my data back and I’m willing to pay.
