No data
I have five days till the end of our billing cycle. We have 3 smart phones. We do not have any device alerts or restrictions on megabytes but my work phone has been throttled the last few months. It will not do anything involving data until the billing cycle has past and we’re in a new month. Why? Why is there a limit on just that phone? I have not set one, and when I go into device setting or alerts I have nothing set up. I just want my data back and I’m willing to pay.

  • Hi Dan,

     This sounds like you may have hit the soft cap that we have on all our accounts for data. We have it set up on all accounts so that people don't get any bill shock by consuming too much data. It can be removed from your account through our customer support but it is important to note that data usage is charged at a rate of $10 per GB after 2 GBs.

  • Maybe that is what happened to me. Good reason to get a real isp. I have to telework tomorrow and I have no service.
    Not acceptable , I’m no where near my limit though. I guess I have to get something else.
