You are blocking me from signing up for service by claiming my phone is stolen.

You claim my phone is stolen. I have had this phone for 6 years, I bought it from Google when it was NEW! The stolen phone database (https://stolenphonechecker.org/spc/imeilookup) says it IS NOT STOLEN!

Please fix your broken database so that I can get service from Ting. I am a paying customer.

Thanks!

  • I would like to post my device ID, but that is a very dangerous thing to do.

  • Hi Dave,

It would not be a good thing to post your IMEI or MEID on this forum but it would be what we need to look at to figure out why you were unable to activate your device on Ting. If you reach out to our customer support by email, phone or online chat one of our agents would be happy to look at the device ID and investigate what is going on for you. If you need our contact information it can be found here: https://ting.com/support
