Suggestion to improve a FAQ help page.

Regarding this page: https://help.ting.com/hc/en-us/articles/205422008-Voicemail It would be much more helpful if you listed the questions at the top (with links to the answers) rather than sending folks on a hunt though the page in the hope that their question is included. If other FAQ pages are similarly bereft of a table of contents then you may want to add that to those as well.
