no service on one of my phones

one of my phones was not in use for several months while I got the battery replaced.  New battery installed but no service.  Dashboard indicates that the number is enabled for calls and texts.

For something like this there could be a couple of things that are causing the issue so we'll need to troubleshoot with our live customer support by phone or online chat.
