new sim card to increase coverage. do i activate?

     Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums. The new SIM card would need to be activated before it will connect to the network. If we had sent you one to increase coverage it would be best to reach out to our live customer support so that we can do the switch for you. Our representatives can be reached by phone, email, or online chat and are available weekdays from 8 am to 1 am ET and on weekends from 8 am to 11 pm ET.
