2FA - Email

Hello, is it possible to allow the 2FA code to go to the user's email? In case the user is unable to retrieve their phone for instance.

    Hi Kirk,

    Currently you have the option of setting up 2FA via SMS or via authenticator app and our Ting 2FA guide covers setting up either method.

    We can verify by email when you contact support so if you need a hand and don't have access to your phone feel free to chat for assistance.
