I am trying to find a phone on ebay to use, and I ask for the imei just to make sure. for some reason, even with the picture of the phone with the imei on it, it still says it is invalid. here is the imei if anyone can do anything. thanks!

That IMEI came up as invalid for me as well. Our checker is not reporting any issues so the phone might be what it appears and I would suggest being careful if you are thinking of buying it as that IMEI is definitely invalid in our system.
I might suggest looking at a site like Swappa for a phone. I've grabbed a couple of there and found the sellers there very professional.
