Having exactly the same problem with this and no one even recognizes this problem.

What a bad company and customer service.

    Hi there,

    I was your other posts on social media and just wanted to reiterate that we have no current issues with the payment processing system nor any reports of other users currently experiencing this issue. If you like to reach a resolution I would definitely suggest continuing to work with support.
