So I recently switched to a new phone, from the Pixel 2 to a Oneplus Nord N10 5G. Everything says it's set up correctly, but calls go straight to voice mail, and text messages usually don't show up at all, though sometimes they come through hours or even days later.

Thanks for reaching out here on the forums. If the phone is unlocked and the SIM was working fine in the Pixel 2 then it should be picking up the network correctly. There is a guide that I can link you to here which has some basic troubleshooting steps to look at. If you go through these steps and are still having issues with getting calls and texts live customer support can try to reconnect you to the network from the backend to see if that will fix the issue and they can also check to see if anything else is off on the account. Customer support is available from 8 am to 11 pm ET and can be reached by phone or online chat.
I can't call customer support, because I can't make calls. And when I click on the online chat link, nothing happens. 🤦♂️
We're not reporting any issues with our website and other chats have been coming through today. I know sometimes on my laptop closing out the window and opening a new one can fix a glitch in connecting to pop up chat supports.
