so i'm told by support that there is a porting issue going on now. what's the issue and how long before the engineers figure out what the problem is? 0

not sure what update i would get. i was told to just wait until it gets resolved but no way to escalate to find out any more info.
third day now. still no resolution from customer support. nobody can tell me whats wrong or when it will be resolved.
FCC complaint filed. not that it matters but maybe helps others
