     Thanks for reaching out here on the forums. There could be a couple of reasons for a service interruption and we would need to troubleshoot to find the cause of the issue. What I would suggest doing first is looking over our troubleshooting guide to see if any of the common fixes get you reconnected to the network.

  • What do we mean by service? i have text and calling I believe but data isn't working at all. I did check my zip code and I should be getting 5G.

     No service would be you have no connection at all. If you are having issues with mobile data only we have a guide that walks through some troubleshooting steps that can help. I can link you to it here but if you find you are still having issues after trying the guide's suggestions it would be best to reach out to our customer support team who can investigate the issue.
