I know I can set usage alerts to send a text to one of the phone numbers on the account. How do I change which phone number receives those texts?
Is it possible to send the texts to two phone numbers?

You can change the phone number from the usage alerts tab by selecting the alert you want to edit and then selecting a different phone number from the drop-down. You can only send to one phone number, but it is possible to also email a notification. Check out our guide on Ting usage alerts to see the options you have.
