So, this is day 4 trying to buy a phone but your site freezes up when you get to a point in the buying process. Spent two days with customer service and they couldn't assist either. They too had the same problem. When is this issue going to be resolved?

Still no luck it's still broke. I reached out to support like I said the past 2 days and both days they weren't able to process the order. What's up?
