So, this is day 4 trying to buy a phone but your site freezes up when you get to a point in the buying process. Spent two days with customer service and they couldn't assist either. They too had the same problem. When is this issue going to be resolved?

Sorry to hear there was trouble placing an order! I'd suggest trying again today or reaching out to support for help processing that order.
Still no luck it's still broke. I reached out to support like I said the past 2 days and both days they weren't able to process the order. What's up?
