Your website won't let my buy a replacement phone

So, this is day 4 trying to buy a phone but your site freezes up when you get to a point in the buying process. Spent two days with customer service and they couldn't assist either. They too had the same problem. When is this issue going to be resolved?

  • Still no luck it's still broke. I reached out to support like I said the past 2 days and both days they weren't able to process the order. What's up?
