My wife was having problems with her voicemail. I called Ting to get it fixed. The next day her cell phone does not work at all. Apparently, someone deactivated her number to work on it and forgot to reactivate the phone. The phone number was deactivated long enough for the number to be lost.
When I asked the account representative how he could help make things right he had nothing to say about helping recover the phone number his company lost, just to send us a new sim card. It was horrible customer service.
I have been a Ting customer for some years, but I am contemplating changing my cell service. What company loses their customer's numbers?
