voice mail and group text issues

When you first setup your account you can have issues with voice mail and with group texting and probably visual voice mail.  If you are using iOS (primarily iPhone).  Once your account is ported over or setup in a new number, you must hard reset the iPhone. Not restart, hard reset.  When you do, all of the voice mail, group text and visual voice mail will populate in the iPhone.  You will need to setup voice mail manually by holding down 1 and then follow the prompts.   Once that is done  hard reset and it is like a miracle.... well it's pretty cool
