The Ting Internet is Extremely Slow

I recently signed up for a Ting internet connection. However, I am experiencing a problem with the internet. The internet is extremely slow. I disconnected from the internet several times, but the problem persisted. Has anyone else had a problem like this before? Please notify me.

     We have a troubleshooting guide for Ting Internet that runs through some of the basic steps to look for that I can share with you here but what I would suggest if the problem persists is to reach out to our customer support.     First I thought it was the Ting internet issue, but after getting this article, I applied two methods. First I updated the driver, then used the command prompt and followed the method step by steps

    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    netsh int ip reset

    After doing these methods, the problem got solved. Now the internet connection runs smoothly. I have no longer any issues with the internet connection.
