I have spent the last week, everyday, with Ting customer service. They have lost my phone number in the transfer. I also did not get emails, perhaps they went to my spam, I don't know. However in the last week they have assured me that in 24 or 48 or 4 hours my number would be up and running. Today the informed me that it is impossible to get my number back. I asked for a supervisor, but apparently one must get on a list and they will call, no email. I have no phone service. I have been a Ting customer for years, and I have entrusted them with my information including my phone number. That was my phone number, not Ting's property, and I want it back. Ting needs to be accountable.
