Since it seems no one is reading emails, I will post this here, so hopefully, the correct people will see this.

Carolyn, Ting did charge me the $84.93 for one day of service.  You work for a company that takes customers' money based on erroneous bills.  I hope this opens your eyes to what kind of company Dish has always been and will drag Ting down to.  I hope you enjoy working for a company that only cares about a quick buck.
