Okay it's 1:30 a.m. California and I get the new corporate master wants to save money by cutting support, but shouldn't the the available hours at least be listed? When am I allowed to chat with support?!
(And, as critical as smart phones have become in our lives, shouldn't at least one support method be 24/7? sigh )

Our support hours are from 8AM EST to 11PM EST. If you have a V1 line, then the support hours are 8AM EST to 8PM EST. At this time, we do not have 24 hour support but we will pass the feedback along to our team.
