We’ve been a 4 line customer for 8 years. I’ve raved about Ting to friends and family for that long. Three months ago, my mobile data setting got switched on accidentally..(Battery Saver app?), causing my average $200-ish bill to shoot up to $750 dollars!!!! So for 3 months, we paid Ting in total $1941.00!!! I called, I begged, I pled. I simply cannot afford that. It has caused a hardship for my family, and the best they could do was partial credit me for this month’s over $300 bill. I shut the mobile data setting off, obviously, so the problem won’t continue, but unfortunately, because of Ting’s lack of recognition of customer loyalty and understanding of this MISTAKE, we are going to switch carriers.
