How do I take advantage of the Early Termination Fee Offset Program?

When you sign up for our service, contact us with proof of payment for the early termination fee charged by your previous provider. We will take care of the rest!

Ting will cover the early termination fees up to $300.
This amount is evenly deducted from your monthly billing over 12 months.

Attention

You must maintain active service with Ting for these 12 months in order to get your full $300 benefit.

For example, if you’re on our $89/month Home Gigabit plan and your early termination fee was $300, you'll get $25 off your bill each month for 12 months. You'll pay only $64/month for a year.

Does this cover my mobile carrier’s fees?

The Early Termination Fee Offset Program only covers fees from your previous internet provider. Mobile carrier fees aren’t included.
