Stay connected with Wi-Fi calling on Ting

Wi-Fi calling boosts your phone's signal by using the local Wi-Fi network you’re connected to. This ensures reliable coverage indoors, letting you make calls and send texts with your existing phone number. And the best part? With Ting, Wi-Fi calling is included in your plan at no extra cost.

Is your phone compatible?

Wi-Fi calling works with iPhones running iOS 14 or higher, including the iPhone 6s and newer.

Enabling Wi-Fi calling on your Ting account

Before you can start using Wi-Fi calling, it needs to be activated on your Ting phone number. Contact us to enable the feature and set up your E911 address.

  1. Open Settings.

    2. Tap General.
    3. Select About.
    4. Tap Name.
    5. Replace the current name and tap Done.
