Wi-Fi calling is a great feature to have enabled on your phone. It helps improve your signal so you have reliable coverage, even indoors. It uses the local Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to, allowing you to make calls and send texts using your existing phone number.

Wi-Fi Calling Compatibility

Wi-Fi calling is supported on eligible devices. If your phone supports it, you will see the setting or app for Wi-Fi calling.

  • iPhone: Running iOS 14 or higher, supported on the iPhone 6s and newer models.
  • Android: Look in your Mobile Network settings for a Wi-Fi calling option.

Enabling Wi-Fi Calling

To turn on Wi-Fi calling, call us at 1-800-228-1757. We will help you enable this feature and set up your E911 address for Wi-Fi calling.

Setting up Wi-Fi Calling on your Phone

Once Wi-Fi calling is turned on in your Ting account, you need to turn it on in your phone and choose your settings. Your phone can use Wi-Fi calling when it's on and you're connected to Wi-Fi.
