Ting Mobile Offer

All residents in our Ting Towns are eligible for our Unlimited Mobile offer! When bundled with active or pre-order Ting Internet, it's just $10/month per line for as many devices as you need. Without active or pre-ordered Internet, a Ting Mobile plan is $25/month per line.

How do I know if I am in a Ting Town?

A "Ting Town" is any area where Ting offers internet. You can check whether you are part of a Ting Town by using our address checker on the homepage of ting.com.

Signing Up for Ting Mobile

Navigate to the Ting Mobile Offer Page

  1. Go to the Mobile page via Ting.com navigation and click Get Started.
  2. Order or pre-order Ting Internet and use promo code “COMBO” at checkout.
  3. Already a Ting Customer or taking advantage of our Ting Town residents' deal? Proceed to the next step.

Verify Your Devices' Compatibility

eSIM-only devices are not yet supported. New devices are available via the Ting Shop.

  1. Verify if your phone is compatible using our device check tool.
  2. If you need more help checking your device's compatibility, you can call our support team at 1-800-228-1757.

Order Your SIM Cards

  1. Use this form to order as many free SIM cards as you need.
  2. After confirming your Ting Internet order, we’ll send you an email.
  3. From the email, select the number of SIM cards you need.
  4. Expect your SIM card(s) to arrive in approximately 2-3 business days.

Activate Your SIM Card(s) and Setting up Your Account

  1. When your SIM card(s) arrive, call Mobile Support at 1-800-228-1757 to activate them.
  2. Mobile Support will help you set up an account online.

The same email can be used as your Ting Internet account, but passwords and billing are not linked.
