How do I pay my Ting bill?

Ting wants to make it as easy as possible for you to make a payment. That's why all our accounts are set up for automatic billing to your credit or debit card. If you run into an issue with your billing, are a little behind on your latest payment, or you just need to update to a new card, follow the steps below to update your info and clear up any outstanding balances.

Updating your payment information

  1. Log in to your Ting Account.

  2. Once logged in, select Account settings.

  3. Select the blue edit pencil in the upper right-hand corner of the Billing section.

  4. In the Edit billing info pop-up, update your billing information and select Save.

Once you select save, the card will be added to your account for automatic billing. You can also set up Amazon payment if a balance is not owing.

Make a payment using your saved billing information

  1. Log in to your Ting Account.

  2. Select Click here to avoid service interruption from the banner at the top of your Dashboard.

  3. In the billing section, select pay now with your stored card to process the payment with your existing information.

  4. Once the payment has been successfully processed, you will get a message confirming it has been successfully completed.

Updating your billing information to make a payment

  1. Login to your Ting Account.

  2. Select Click here to avoid service interruption in the banner at the top of your Dashboard.

  3. Select the blue edit pencil in the upper right-hand corner of the Billing section.

  4. In the Edit billing info pop-up, update your billing information and select Pay now to pay the outstanding balance and update the new information.

  5. Once the Pay now has been selected, you will get a message confirming a successful payment and that the new card has been updated.thanks_for_payment.PNG
