Ting automatically charges your credit card each month for your plan and usage. You’ll add a credit card when setting up your Ting account to cover these recurring charges.
Ting accepts most major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
The billing address on your account must match the address on file with your card issuer. Cards must be issued from the US (including APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico) or Canada.
If you’re using a Canadian card, here’s what you need to know:
Ting’s service is only available in the United States. If you use your Ting phone outside of the US, roaming charges will apply.
When adding a card to your Ting account, you may see a $1 charge. This is a temporary authorization to validate the card and will disappear within 24-48 hours.
