If your account has an outstanding balance, we will notify you through various channels, including a red banner that will appear at the top of your account when you log in.
To clear the outstanding balance and avoid any service interruptions, please update your payment method.
When there is an outstanding balance on your account, we will communicate this through the following channels:
Log in to your account at Tingmobile.com.
Click the here link in the red account banner to go directly to your account settings.
Scroll down to Payment method and select Update payment method.
Select Ting Mobile and click Next.
Enter your payment info.
Enter your billing address and click Save changes.
Your payment method is now updated. This will be the payment method we use for billing moving forward. You can return to update it at any time.
Any outstanding balance will be automatically charged when you update your billing information on your account.
