Your mobile service will stay active. If you’re on the Unlimited Combo, your rate will change to $25/month per line, since the $10 combo price is for Ting Internet customers. Need to cancel Mobile too?
Leave the fiber access box
Also called the ONT. It stays with the home and doesn’t need to be returned.
