While we unable to cancel an account if there is an outstanding balance. However, we can give you your port-out information to move your number to a different carrier. If you'd like to move your number elsewhere and still have a balance, contact us and we'll provide you with your porting information.
Keep in mind that if your account is canceled with an outstanding balance, it will be sent to collections. You won't be able to make further changes to the account until the balance is resolved.
