Yes. If you own your Zyxel and want to upgrade to an eero, you can fill out the upgrade form and get started.

An eero Pro 6E will provide you with faster speeds, better coverage, and a more reliable connection throughout your home. And it's free to upgrade!
How do I know how many sq ft my home is?
Check official documents like the property tax assessment, appraisal, or original builder floor plans.
Once I fill in the form with my information, how long will it take me to receive my upgraded equipment?
After we receive your form, it will take about 10 business days or so for the warehouse to process your request and get your upgraded equipment out to you.
How is eero different from my current router?
Using eeros provide a modern Wi-Fi experience with automatic downloads, app control and improved coverage.
Will I need to upgrade my devices?
In most cases, your devices will keep working. This is thanks to Wi-Fi's backwards compatibility, allowing most devices to continue working.
How many eeros will I be sent?
It will depend on the size of your home. Larger homes may require more eeros for ample coverage.
Do I need to return my old equipment?
Nope! We encourage you to recycle your old Zyxel through an electronic recycler.
Does it cost anything to recycle my Zyxel?
Nope! Electronic recyclers will take them for free.
Will I have to pay anything extra to swap out my old Zyxel equipment?
Nope, not a cent! There's no fee and there will be no changes to your monthly bill.
Will I pay extra on my bills?
Not at all! The upgrade is free. You won’t see any changes to your billing.
How do I setup my eero?
Shipped eeros will have an instructional card inside with basic information.
