No worries. We’ll help you reset your eero and connect it to your own eero account, so you can get back to what you love. (Cat videos, anyone?)
Head over to Setting Up Your eero Ting Router for full setup instructions.
The light on top will tell you what’s happening once the eero is on:
| Status Light | What it means |
|---|---|
| No light | No power |
| Blinking white | Starting up |
| Solid white | Connected to the internet |
| Blinking blue | Broadcasting Bluetooth (ready to set up) |
| Solid blue | Setting up on a network |
| Blinking green | Multiple eeros detected |
| Blinking yellow | Using an unsupported power source |
| Solid red | Not connected to the internet |
Hard reset your eero to complete the transfer:
📌 No blinking blue light after reset?
Double-check the Ethernet and power connections.
Finish setup by setting up the eero app and connecting your device to a new account.
