Signing up for Service Outage Email Alerts

Sign up for Email Updates

We highly recommend signing up for updates from Ting Internet Outages. This ensures you receive real-time communications on the status of any outage and repairs to service in your area. No need to call in -- you can choose to get alerts right to your email or phone!

When you subscribe, we will only send notifications about outage alerts.

Sign up for Email Updates

Step 1

Go to tinginternetstatus.com.

Step 2

In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES.

The top of the internet status page's SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES blue button.

Step 3

Select the email icon at the top of the page and enter your Email address.

SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES window displays buttons for email, text message, Slack, and RSS feed notifications, with email as the default option.

Step 4

An animated GIF of subscribing to email notifications by entering their email address, selecting the components, and clicking Save.

Click SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL.

Step 5

All components are selected by default.

Click Select none and check the boxes of the Ting towns and other notifications you're interested in getting notified about.

Step 6

Click the Save.

Step 7

Finally, open the '[Ting Internet status] confirm your subscription' email, and click the confirmation email button.

The email titled '[Ting Internet status] Confirm Your Subscription' containing a green button at the bottom of the message to confirm the subscription.
