eero Insight is the remote web management portal where we can manage and troubleshoot the networks of our eero customers.
Whole Business Wi-Fi customers have access not only to the eero app but also to eero Insight to better self-manage your networks. For information on how to set up your networks for the first time, see the Setting up Whole Business Wi-Fi help article.

This help article is only relevant to Ting's Whole Business Wi-Fi customers. If you are a residential customer, you can manage your eero using the eero app. See the Setting up your eero Pro 6 Ting Router help article for more information.
When eero for Business is enabled, a password-less Guest Network will be created by default.
Login to eero Insight and you will be brought to your Business network overview screen. This is where you can see all eeros, their status, and any devices connected to them.
Click Settings in the sidebar to review Network settings. Click Edit in the Guest Wi-Fi network column of the “Wifi network settings section” to see general settings for this Wi-Fi network type. The network can be customized to streamline the experience for your visitors as well as your employees and business devices.
From here you can manage:
a. Enable or disable the Guest network
b. Rename the network
c. Set the network security to open (no password) or password protected. (If you select the Password protected bubble, you will be asked to choose a password.)
d. Enable or disable a captive portal on the guest wifi network (note that it will initially be enabled by default.) See more in the Configuring the Captive Portal section below.
e. Click the toggle for bandwidth limit and set any value between 10% and 60% using the slider (the guest wifi network will not exceed the selected percentage of your overall network bandwidth, so set appropriately).
Be sure to click Save at the bottom to save any changes you’ve made.
The Captive Portal is enabled or disabled within the general settings of the Guest Network via a toggle (as shown in the section above.) It will be enabled for guest networks by default.
Click Settings in the sidebar to review Network settings. Click Edit next to the Captive portal section of the settings screen.
From here you can customize the following:
a. Set a maximum Session duration (30 / 60 / 90 min or up to 24 hrs).
b. Upload a Logo to display in the Captive Portal (max dimensions are 200x200 px, PNG or JPG file type.)
c. Add a Header.
d. Add a Subheader.
e. Upload custom Terms of Use as a .txt file.
f. Choose a light or dark Theme.
g. See a Preview of how the Captive Portal will appear to guests.
Once finished, click Save and check the Preview to be sure it matches the chosen configuration.
*Please note that Captive Portal Images should be in the minimum resolution of 200x200px as a 5 MB or less PNG, JPG, and JPEG file formats.
By default, eero for Business networks are set up to assign IP addresses to client devices from automatically-selected IP address ranges.
However, the network administrator has the option to manually configure the specific IP address ranges to be used for each individual wireless network. Follow the steps below.
Switching the network setting between Automatic and Manual IP will trigger a reboot of the network.
Click Settings >> Network in the sidebar to review Network settings.
Scroll to the Network services section → Click on edit next to DHCP & NAT.
Select the Manual IP option and then choose from one of the 3 IP address prefixes:
Subnet IP, subnet mask, starting IP and ending IP for all the configured Wi-Fi networks will be automatically populated from the selected IP prefix with some default subnet ranges. However, you can change those configurations as needed.
Be sure to click Save at the bottom to save any changes you’ve made.
