eero Insight is the remote web management portal where we can manage and troubleshoot the networks of our eero customers.
Whole Business Wi-Fi customers have access not only to the eero app but also to eero Insight to better self-manage your networks.
This help article is only relevant to Ting's Whole Business Wi-Fi customers. If you are a residential customer, you can manage your eero using the eero app. See the Setting up your eero Pro 6 Ting Router help article for more information.
You can set up your business network online or on the eero app. For app instructions, see the Setting up your eero Pro 6 Ting Router help article. To begin, disconnect your old router (if applicable) and clear the DHCP lease to make way for the eero.
