Auto-Attendant Routes: Reference

This feature is limited release.
Ting Voice is only available to a select group of limited release participants. If you are not participating, this article does not apply!

A Reference when you redirect the call to another route. When a change is made in the original route, any references that use it will also be updated.

Available options will be dependent on what groups, menus, messages, schedules, and users you have already set up in your account.

Choose which Group, Menu, Message, Schedule, or User a caller will be redirected to once they reach this point in the route, then click Save.
