Registering a New Domain Name

Domain Name Registration

You can purchase your custom domain at tingdomains.com. Use the search bar to find the perfect domain name and add it to your cart. You’ll have the option of turning on auto-renew and adding Privacy Protection to your domain at checkout. Once registered, you'll be able to manage your Ting Domain from your domains account.

Domain Name Registration

Step 1

Navigate to tingdomains.com.

Step 2

Type into the search bar to look for an available domain.

Note

If the first one you search for isn't available, try adding keywords or selecting another TLD that describes your business or the focus of your endeavor.

e.g.: firstnamelastname.com vs firstnamelastname.art

(or firstnamelastnameartist.com, letmeifxyourhomerenos.com, pastorfirstnamelastname.church, letmecoachyour.life, naturalcleaningproducts.earth, firstnamelastnametattoo.ink, firstnamelastname.photography, etc.)



Step 3

Select the Cart Icon to the right of the domain name you would like.

Step 4

Select the Continue to Cart button to view all domains currently in your cart.

Step 5

From your cart, you can select if you want Privacy Protection and/or Auto-renew

Make this selection for each domain in your cart using the toggles to the left.

For more info on what Privacy Protection and Auto-renew entail, click the information bubble to the right.

Select Continue to Checkout at the bottom when you're ready to complete your purchase.

Step 6

You'll be prompted to enter information for a new account, where you will manage your domain(s).

Once you've entered the required info, select Create Account.

Step 7

Check the email address you provided for an Email Verification code.

Once received, enter the 6 digit verification code and select Verify Email.

Step 8

Enter your billing information and select the Continue to Domain Registration button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 9

Enter the Domain Registration information. Once complete, select Continue to Review.

Step 10

Review the information you entered and make any necessary corrections.

Select Pay to complete your purchase.

The Purchase Complete message confirming domain registration.

Success! Your domain is now active!

You can now log in and manage your Ting domain name from the Your Domains tab in your new account whenever you like.
