Not sure if your phone supports eSIM? Check your device settings:

iPhone

Open your iPhone Settings.
Select Cellular.
Tap Add eSIM.

Android

Option 1:

Open your device Settings.
Go to Connections.
Select SIM Manager.
Tap Add eSIM.

Option 2:

Open your device Settings.‍
Go to Network & Internet.
Select SIMs.
Tap +Add SIM.
