The Device settings section in your Ting account lets you control a variety of features for each phone number on your plan. These features are free to enable, though some, like international calling or roaming, may include additional charges.

Forwards all incoming calls directly to another number without ringing your phone or going to voicemail.
Forwards calls only when you’re already on another call. Missed calls will not go to voicemail.
Forwards calls after a few rings if you don’t answer. Missed calls won’t go to voicemail.
You can setup your call forwarding preferences on your device once a call forwarding feature is enabled.
Hides your name and number when making calls. If others mention "No Caller ID" when you call, this setting is likely enabled.
Lets you connect with multiple callers at once. Ideal for group discussions or business calls.

Provides a scrollable list of messages to manage voicemail visually. You can tap to listen or delete messages.
Note: Visual voicemail setup requires basic voicemail setup to be completed first.
Allows you to make calls while roaming outside the U.S.. International roaming may incur additional charges.
Enables calls to numbers outside the U.S. You’ll need to use the correct country code and the U.S. exit code (011). Surcharges may apply for international calls. Learn more about international calling rates.
Allows you to create a mobile hotspot or tether your device to share its internet connection with other devices. Once enabled, adjust your device’s data settings to activate the hotspot or tethering feature.
Your Ting account gives you complete control over your features. Enable the ones you need, and experiment worry-free—you can always turn them off anytime.
