Call forwarding lets you send calls from your mobile to another number. There are no extra fees for enabling call forwarding.
Note
You can only forward calls to numbers in the United States from your Ting line.
Enabling Call Forwarding
First, turn on call forwarding in your Device settings. To change these settings, click the edit pencil icon at the top of the Minutes section.

There are three forwarding options available:
Unconditional call forwarding: All calls go straight to another number. Your phone won't ring first. Missed calls won't go to voicemail.
Forward 'busy signal' calls: Calls forward only if you're on two calls at once. If you miss these calls, they won't go to voicemail. If you're on one call and ignore a second, it goes to voicemail as usual.
Forward unanswered calls: Calls ring on your phone a few times before forwarding. Missed calls won't go to voicemail.
Unconditional Call Forwarding
Turning on
Dial *72 + 10-digit phone number (e.g., *72-999-555-4567).
Listen for a series of beeps and wait for the call to end.
If *72 doesn't work, contact us to turn on Call Forwarding.
Turning off
Dial *73.
Listen for a series of beeps and wait for the call to end.
If *73 doesn't work, contact us to turn off Call Forwarding.
Call Forwarding when Busy
Turning on
Dial * 71 + 10-digit phone number
Press TALK/SEND.
Wait for the registration message.
Turning off
Dial * 73.
Press TALK/SEND.
Wait for the message confirming call forwarding has been disabled.
Call Forwarding when Unanswered
Turning on
Dial * 71 + 10-digit phone number.
Press TALK/SEND.
Wait for the registration message or confirmation tone.
Turning off
Dial * 73.
Press TALK/SEND.
Wait for the message confirming call forwarding has been disabled or confirmation tones.
