The info below applies to residential customers. Enterprise and Commercial customers often have contracts and can reach out to their Customer Success Manager at customersuccess@ting.com to discuss details.
What to expect when you cancel
- Ting has no contracts! Your account will close at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
- You'll continue to have internet service until the end of your billing cycle.
- You'll receive no further bills after you cancel.
Attention
We're unable to cancel an account with an unpaid balance.
An abandoned account with an outstanding balance will be sent to collections. When this happens, changes to the account are not possible until that balance is resolved.
If you're renting a router
If you have both Ting Mobile and Internet services:
- Your mobile devices will be deactivated automatically within 48 hours.
- Your Internet service will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
- Your account will close once your Internet service is deactivated.
- You will receive your final bill with what remains of your mobile usage at the end of the billing cycle.
