Ways to get your SIM

You can also order a SIM while activating your device. Just follow the steps and we’ll guide you.

We’ll email you tracking details when your order ships.
Most SIMs arrive in 2 business days, but shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Go to the Ting shop.
Choose how many SIM cards you need.
Add to cart and check out.
Pick your shipping speed:
- Standard (1–5 business days)
- Priority (1–3 business days)
Enter your info and place your order.
When your SIM arrives, you’re ready to activate.

No SIM? No stress.

During your Ting activation, we'll offer to send you one if your phone is compatible with a physical SIM card.

1. Check your IMEI.

2. If a physical SIM (or PSIM) is needed, you'll see an option for Physical SIM.

3. Enter your address and select Continue.

4. Once your SIM arrives, you're ready to activate.
