Order online

Visit our shop page to order your SIM.

During activation

You can also order a SIM while activating your device. Just follow the steps and we’ll guide you.
If your phone supports eSIM, skip the wait and activate instantly.

Shipping info

We’ll email you tracking details when your order ships.
Most SIMs arrive in 2 business days, but shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Ordering online? Here’s how:

Go to the Ting shop.
Choose how many SIM cards you need.
Add to cart and check out.
Pick your shipping speed:
- Standard (1–5 business days)
- Priority (1–3 business days)
Enter your info and place your order.
When your SIM arrives, you’re ready to activate.

Ordering during activation?

No SIM? No stress. The activation flow will offer to send you one.

Log in.
Tap Sign Up | Activate.
Enter your device’s IMEI.
Select Get a SIM.
Confirm your coverage address.
Choose your number option (bring, move, or new).
Enter billing info and confirm your order.

Once your SIM arrives, you're ready to activate.
