Ordering a phone from the Ting Shop

Need a phone? We’ve got options.

Whether you're upgrading or just getting started, you're in the right place. If you’re joining Ting’s V1 network, you’ll need a compatible phone. Our V1 device shop has what you’re looking for.

⚠️ Heads up: Devices sold on tingmobile.com/shop are GSM-only. They won’t work with a V1 SIM card.

How to order a device

  1. Browse phones on our device shop page.
  2. Find one you like and click Select options.
  3. Pick your preferred specs and quantity.
  4. Hit Add to cart.
  5. Ready to check out? Go to your cart and select your shipping:
    • Standard shipping (1–5 business days): $6.99
    • Priority shipping (1–3 business days): $11.99
  6. Enter your billing address and choose your shipping destination.
  7. Pick your payment method—credit card, PayPal, or Affirm.
    • Credit card: Enter your card details.
    • PayPal: You’ll be redirected to log in securely.
    • Affirm: Choose your financing option and follow the prompts.

Once your phone arrives, you're ready to activate.

Track or manage your order

To view your orders:

  1. Log in with the email you used to order.
  2. Click Help in the top right, then select Manage account.
  3. Go to the Orders page to see status and details.

If you checked out as a guest, order tracking won’t be available.

Managing your shop account

The V1 device shop runs on a separate platform, so it’s not linked to your main Ting account.

To log in:

  1. Head to the shop login page.
  2. Click Sign in at the top right.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. Need help? Reset your password.

New here?

You’ll be prompted to create an account during checkout—or you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and get support later on.
